Why can't I submit my application?

Why can't I submit my application?

Eproval has a built-in validation system.  Applicants must answers all applicable required fields.  All fields that are NOT marked as "Optional" are "Required".

If you attempt to submit your application without all of the "Required" fields, the system will generate an error and redirect you to the section with the missing "Required" information.

Click the "Save and Proceed To Next Step" button at the bottom of the step once you are satisfied with the answer(s).

The step is complete and has passed system validation when it is marked with a green check mark.

If a yellow exclamation mark is showing next to the step name on the left column, the step has not yet passed system validation.

Try reviewing the information provided on the step and save it again to see if the step passes validation.

If the problem persists, please contact your city using the contact information listed on the footer of this site.
